sugargliderz font license
Thank you for purchasing the font ("FONT") of "sugargliderz"("sg"). "sg" permit the use of "FONT" only when a purchaser ("End User") agrees on this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). And, when the following act is done by "End User", "sg" think that it agreed on "EULA" in "End User".
1. The act to install "FONT" in the optional HDD.
2. The act which "FONT" is used for with an optional machine.
"End User" that this "FONT" is limited to the "End User" individual based on "EULA" and which is the purchaser of "FONT" is given a right of use. "FONT" can be used with five (5) optional CPU's installed in the same place, and one (1) output device. Charge for the additional license fee separately when you use with other CPU's and the output device.
If you must use "FONT" in some places, "sg" permits supplying "FONT" in responsibility for "End User". When for example printed matter is printed in the service bureau and the printing office. When "End User" and that client must share "FONT".
"End User" can copy ".sit", ".zip" and "FONT" on the optional recorder only for the backup. Cooperation and a reproduction act except for the backup and file sharing by the network aren't permitted.
"FONT" is disassembled, and what decompile does is a prohibition act. The change (resizing and a design change and kerning and the change of spacing) has the design of the character, and it is a prohibition act to form new font data, too. Make contact with "sg" when discovering a serious program bug and a design mistake. "sg" will supply the file revised if those errors can be corrected by the optional method. But, as for that modification and the supply, conclusive evidence isn't done.
When "End User" give up the right of use of "FONT" and "sg" notify "End User" of a contract release, the use of "FONT" is suspended promptly, and "End User" have the duty to delete that from the CPU and the output device. And, "End User" can't give voluntary conveyance with pay's transferring a right of use.
"sg" isn't responsible even if it faces what kind of damage which arose by using a font.
